Exchange , Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Gulatis. Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the items immediately. If you encounter any issues, you may request and exchange or return within 7 working days from the date the order was received.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

To qualify for an exchange or return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items Only

    Exchange or return is applicable if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item or size).

  • Original Condition Required

    Item(s) must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and returned with original tags and a valid tax invoice.

  • Subject to Availability & Processing Time

    All exchanges are subject to stock availability, with processing taking approximately 2–3 weeks.

Important Notes

  • Please note that slight color variations between product images and actual items may occur due to lighting or display differences. Exchanges, returns, or refunds will not be accepted for color discrepancies.
  • Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning or exchanging items. Charges will vary depending on the weight of the replacement item and delivery location.
  • Approved refunds will be issued at the original purchase price of the item.
