Shipping

Your order(s) will be delivered to the address you provide during checkout. Deliveries are handled by the Courier Service Company selected by you at the time of order placement.

We aim to deliver all order(s) within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. (Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.) Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Gulatis shall not be held responsible for any losses, costs, or damages arising from delays in delivery beyond our control.

  • Klang Valley – First 3kg: RM8.00, Subsequent 1kg: RM1.00
  • Peninsular Malaysia – First 3kg: RM10.00, Subsequent 1kg: RM1.00
  • Sabah & Sarawak – First 3kg: RM16.00, Subsequent 1kg: RM11.00

International shipping charges are based ondestination countryandtotal parcel weight.

Returns & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY

The exchanges/ refunds/returns can be made within 7 working days from the date of the order(s) received. All exchanges are subjected to our stock availability & we need approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process the request.

Customer will bear the delivery charges for order(s) exchanged based on the weight of the new item(s) and the location.
