Not quite the right fit? We offer a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery on ready-to-wear pieces (busana siap-pakai), provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Fabric by the metre — final sale

Fabric sold by the metre is cut to order and is final sale — it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please use the metre helper on each fabric page, or WhatsApp our stylist before ordering if you're unsure of quantity.

How to request an exchange

1. WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
2. We'll confirm the replacement is in stock and guide you on returning the original piece.
3. Once we receive it — unworn, with tags — we'll send your new size.

Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without tags cannot be accepted.
